![]() ![]() He got maybe 25’ away and came back and asked me what I meant by mostly. Rich's Cobalt Burger was ‘fantastic’, my dad’s simple burger was ‘really a great hamburger’ my mom said ‘she couldn’t believe she was enjoying a hamburger so much.’ Jay came by and asked how everything was, they told him, I said ‘mostly good’ as Jay was walking away. (I like to try a plain burger the first time I am at a new place, it's a bench mark.) Jay asked about appetizers, I inquired about the Black-Eyed Pea Dip he said it was great - IT WAS! Our burgers came, mine was PLAIN -burger bun nothing else- before I finished asking the server who brought it for a tomato Jay showed up and had my tomato on the table in LITERALLY under a minute. Rich ordered a Cobalt Burger, my parents ordered regular burgers, our server, Jay, told me ‘of course I could have a bison burger without ordering a Cobalt Burger’ I ordered a plain one. ![]() The restaurant was busier than we expected but we only waited about 10 minutes to get seated. After the show my parents, Rich and I all went to Cobalt intent on the best hamburger ever. We looked around outside, he told me what a great hamburger it was, pointed out the bridge, the boats, the crane on the dock and what a great time he had last year. This year we were in town for the Blue Angels again so Rich and I went out to Cobalt, they weren’t open. He said it was fantastic, worth the price, I should definitely go. Last year my friend Rich arrived before me and just happened to drive by Cobalt while looking around and got a hamburger. BRYCE MADE IT A 6-STAR EVENING I WISH I COULD GIVE MY REVIEW THE EXTRA STAR. ![]()
